The role manages competing requisitions, uses recruiting technology and data insights, represents the company at hiring events, advises employees on career development, and ensures compliance with HR policies. This is an on-site position at Southwest Airlines’ Dallas headquarters with travel, including possible weekends and overnight stays.

Lead post-publication flight schedule revisions balancing commercial opportunity and operational constraints. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, execute complex schedule edits, produce final published schedules, and develop analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting to support data-driven network decisions.

Prepare and review federal, state, and international tax returns and provisions, support audits and appeals, research tax positions and savings, compile and present tax data, and participate on projects to improve processes and ensure timely, accurate tax compliance and reporting.

Serve as subject-matter expert on passenger taxes and fees: ensure accurate calculation, reporting, and remittance; analyze complex tax data; reconcile to financial systems; support audits; collaborate with Business and Technology to implement and test tax solutions in the revenue accounting system; record accounting entries for close; lead process improvements; mentor and communicate findings across teams.

Lead and coach QC Inspectors to ensure aircraft maintenance meets approved manuals and FAA regulations. Manage scheduling, audits, inspections, vendor support, FAA liaison, procedure development, and quality improvements to maintain safety and compliance.

Perform risk-based IT audits evaluating technology governance, security, compliance, and operational controls. Execute agile audit engagements: gather evidence, test controls, document findings, participate in risk assessments, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
