Develops mathematical optimization models and software solutions for airline operational challenges. Collaborates with operations, technology, and business teams to translate requirements into models, implement solution strategies, test applications, document work, calibrate models, and support production applications. The role focuses on crew planning, scheduling, training, ground operations, and network operations while improving decision-making and operational efficiency.

Provides administrative and financial support for an airport station, including document filing, phone and mail processing, expense reconciliation, cash handling, procurement, badge and pass administration, records maintenance, reporting, meeting coordination, and confidential information management. Supports Ground Operations leaders and cross-departmental projects while resolving questions, organizing schedules and supplies, and maintaining accurate station records.

Supervises airport provisioning operations, coaching employees and ensuring aircraft are stocked, serviced, and ready for departure. Manages inventory, supply procurement, equipment availability, staffing, shift bids, payroll, attendance, training compliance, safety, labor agreements, and operational performance. Coordinates with station departments and non-provisioning locations to support on-time performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Work includes variable shifts, outdoor conditions, physical activity, and lifting up to 70 pounds.
