Leads community engagement strategy and programs that strengthen Southwest Airlines’ reputation and relationships with communities. Collaborates across departments, identifies outreach opportunities, manages programs and events, facilitates cross-functional initiatives, researches innovative engagement approaches, and develops compelling internal and external stories. The role requires advanced experience in corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, or community outreach, along with strategic planning, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. This is an on-site Dallas headquarters position requiring travel, nights, and weekends.

Cleans, washes, and polishes aircraft interiors, exteriors, parts, equipment, shops, and hangars. Replaces aircraft seat covers and aisle rugs, operates vehicles and equipment, follows FAA and company safety procedures, and maintains work areas. The role requires working around aircraft, noise, weather, heights, confined spaces, rotating shifts, holidays, overtime, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Build and support cloud-native APIs, microservices, event-driven integrations, and automated delivery pipelines connecting AWS, Adobe, CMS, MarTech, and enterprise platforms. Responsibilities include software design, coding, testing, documentation, production troubleshooting, agile delivery, system integration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and supporting content authoring, asset management, workflow orchestration, campaign execution, and customer-experience applications.
