Provide inside sales support: order entry, customer service, account qualification, credit setup, quoting support, ERP reporting, and liaison between customers and manufacturing to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate job tracking.

Administer payroll via Paycom, manage employee benefits and vendor relationships, ensure HR policy compliance and regulatory reporting, conduct onboarding and new-hire/benefits orientation, maintain employee records, develop HR/payroll procedures, assist accounting, and support benefits audits and compliance activities.

Provide technical product expertise to support sales of storm drainage products: engage engineers and dealers, perform onsite visits and demos, develop solutions and cost estimates, assist with submittals and presentations, provide preconstruction and field installation support, and help close deals.

Lead execution of the Quality Management System: perform and oversee production and lab testing, data collection and analysis, equipment calibration and upkeep, resin sampling/storage, DOT job handling, third-party testing coordination, audit prep, and train / manage QC staff to ensure compliance with ASTM, AASHTO and DOT standards.

Operate forklifts and handle pipe materials: move produced and purchased materials, build load bundles, pick orders, load/unload trucks, perform basic damaged-pipe repairs, and maintain yard/warehouse housekeeping while supporting production teams and drivers.
