Provide inside sales support to outside sales and customers: order entry, account setup and qualification, credit checks, quoting support, ERP reporting, product knowledge, liaison with manufacturing, run reports, manage job status and priorities, and deliver phone and in-person customer service to drive revenue and satisfaction.

Operate forklifts and handle materials across production and inventory: stock, pick, load/unload trucks, manage purchased materials, perform damaged pipe repair, support production teams and maintain yard/warehouse housekeeping and customer service.

Sell Southeast Culvert stormwater solutions by building trusted customer relationships, identifying and closing job opportunities, value engineering, reading blueprints, and coordinating between sales, operations, and customers to drive revenue.

Operate forklifts and handle pipe materials: move produced and purchased materials, build load bundles, pick orders, load/unload trucks, perform basic damaged-pipe repairs, and maintain yard/warehouse housekeeping while supporting production teams and drivers.

Provide technical product expertise to support sales of storm drainage products: engage engineers and dealers, perform onsite visits and demos, develop solutions and cost estimates, assist with submittals and presentations, provide preconstruction and field installation support, and help close deals.

Administer payroll via Paycom, manage employee benefits and vendor relationships, ensure HR policy compliance and regulatory reporting, conduct onboarding and new-hire/benefits orientation, maintain employee records, develop HR/payroll procedures, assist accounting, and support benefits audits and compliance activities.
