Maintain and extend production Python applications, build internal tools and reports, and own the Power BI reporting estate. Support SQL Server reporting databases, desktop estimating and pricing tools, and scheduled system automations. Gather requirements from business departments, follow version control and code review standards, document systems, and gradually assume independent ownership under senior technical guidance.

Provide inside sales support to outside sales and customers: order entry, account setup and qualification, credit checks, quoting support, ERP reporting, product knowledge, liaison with manufacturing, run reports, manage job status and priorities, and deliver phone and in-person customer service to drive revenue and satisfaction.

Operate forklifts and handle materials across production and inventory: stock, pick, load/unload trucks, manage purchased materials, perform damaged pipe repair, support production teams and maintain yard/warehouse housekeeping and customer service.
