Role title: Outside Sales
Mission
- Deliver optimal top line revenue by connecting customers’ stormwater needs to the solutions SeC can offer.
Roles & Objectives:
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships based on care, competency, and connection
- Serve SeC customers and colleagues by providing accurate, complete information to the right people at the right time
- Sell SeC as a stormwater solution provider rather than a product provider
- Act as a problem solver when issues arise between sales, customers, and operations
- Proactively identify, advance, and close job opportunities with accurate information, clear expectations, and defined timelines
- Create new business by recognizing and applying value engineering opportunities

- Ability to establish rapport and build confidence with customers to achieve shared company goals
- Excellent verbal reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to create quality sales accounts and cultivate growing sales with customers
- Ability to use technology to track and manage opportunities, orders, and tasks to engage customers and close business

- Ability to read project blueprints and identify stormwater opportunities and product interactions

- Extensive knowledge of sitework products, solutions, interactions, installation requirements, and blueprints

As the largest single-site culvert manufacturing plant in the U.S., the company produces corrugated metal and HDPE pipe, concrete headwalls, custom fabrications, and underground detention systems.
