Collaborates with the Risk team to improve processes and assess permanence, additionality, and project integrity.

Grow South Pole’s regional business by generating new opportunities, building client relationships, developing sustainability proposals, closing commercial agreements, and maintaining existing accounts. The role contributes to regional go-to-market strategy, collaborates with marketing and consulting teams, represents the company at client meetings and conferences, and provides commercial guidance to junior sales staff. Focus areas include climate action, carbon projects, and sustainability solutions.

Supports CORSIA and Article 6 compliance market activities through regulatory research, market intelligence, analytics, proposals, client advisory, and thought leadership. The role maintains technical knowledge, tracks national regulatory developments, develops dashboards and intelligence tools, contributes to business development and deal structuring, and supports marketing and product positioning. It requires environmental or policy expertise, analytical skills, strong communication, and familiarity with compliance carbon markets.

Conduct first-level integrity risk assessments of carbon projects and KYC screenings of project partners. Prepare client-facing reports, manage stakeholder requests, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal teams, rating agencies, and verification bodies. Support process and tool optimization through data analysis, standardization, and workflow improvements.

Leads KYC, AML, and anti-bribery reviews, remediation, transaction-monitoring initiatives, and financial-crime training. Owns risk governance policies, committee documentation, dashboards, and Board-level reporting. Supports enterprise risk assessments, control design and testing, emerging-risk analysis, risk registers, and cross-functional mitigation projects. The role reports to the Chief Risk Officer and independently represents the Risk function to senior stakeholders and committees.

Leads voluntary carbon market governance expertise, policy monitoring, market intelligence, analytics, and commercial strategy support. Advises on certificates origination, sales, proposals, deal structuring, and go-to-market activities. Develops technical trackers, thought leadership, advocacy messaging, and external communications while representing the company with governance bodies and industry associations. Requires substantial carbon-market experience, policy research capability, commercial acumen, strong stakeholder networks, and the ability to translate complex developments into clear business and communications insights.

Support global Legal & Compliance with corporate secretarial tasks, entity management, signature workflows, document control, knowledge management, and daily legal operations. Assist board meeting preparation, draft minutes/resolutions, maintain entity platform records, organize e-signatures/wet-ink tracking, optimize repositories and team handovers, and update internal legal resources and counsel registries.

Lead ProductOS end-to-end to digitize and automate carbon credit and EAC workflows. Define product vision, prioritize roadmap, manage backlog and agile delivery, own data governance and KPIs, build business cases, manage tech partners, and lead a global GIS/remote-sensing specialist team to drive adoption and measurable value.

Drive growth in the USA & Canada by acquiring and expanding strategic corporate accounts. Define regional go-to-market strategy, develop tailored proposals, lead negotiations, manage key accounts, coordinate deliverables, and lead a small sales team while contributing market feedback and product development.

Lead origination and business development for carbon credits, ITMOs and NbS in Latam. Identify and qualify project leads, support technical due diligence, draft initial commercial proposals, maintain Salesforce records, build partner relationships, and prepare management reports to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality opportunities.

Lead knowledge management and technical guidance on carbon standards and methodologies. Track regulatory developments (Article 6, ICVCM), synthesize updates for internal teams, support project technical checks, assess methodology impacts on project pipelines, and contribute to advocacy, training, and business development activities within the Compliance Markets team.

Lead global IT operations and enterprise applications for a 20+ country organization: manage M365/GWS/Entra ID, MDM, network/VPN, SaaS portfolio, ERP/CRM, ITSM, vendor/outsourcing relationships, multi-timezone support, and drive AI/ML automation in IT workflows while ensuring security and budget governance.

Lead policy and market analysis for compliance carbon markets, support government engagement (especially in Asia), drive business development and compliance deal structuring, produce analytical reports and dashboards, and coordinate commercial strategy, knowledge sharing, and communications across sales, sourcing, and portfolio teams.

Design, build, and ship production-grade LLM-powered features (RAG, extraction, summarisation, agentic tooling). Build data and inference pipelines, integrate with back-ends and vector stores, ensure evaluation, monitoring, cost and performance optimisations, and champion testing and reliability alongside product and tech leads.
