Supports climate and sustainability consulting projects through research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data quality assurance, client deliverables, reporting, project coordination, budget and timesheet tracking, market research, benchmarking, and participation in client workshops and internal knowledge sharing.

Develop business across France by managing existing clients and qualified prospects, identifying climate-solution opportunities, creating tailored proposals, negotiating deals, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role represents South Pole at conferences and events, shares market insights, and supports commercial growth. Candidates should have sustainability or business education, 1–2 years of experience, strong English and French communication skills, sales or climate-sector experience, climate project knowledge, and Salesforce experience.

Supports quality control and risk evaluation for nature-based carbon projects. Responsibilities include developing QC frameworks, integrating risk methodologies into digital tools, reviewing carbon accounting, growth models, baseline logic, GIS data, and project documentation, and documenting findings and recommendations. Collaborates with the Risk team to improve processes and assess permanence, additionality, and project integrity.
