Teams at South Pole

Drive business development and key account growth across Italy and Southern Europe. Build strategic client relationships, generate climate-related opportunities, develop tailored commercial proposals, negotiate agreements, and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. Coordinate service delivery with internal teams, represent the company at industry events, provide regional market insights, and mentor junior colleagues. The role focuses on climate solutions, carbon accounting, decarbonization, renewable energy, and environmental certificates.

Supports climate and sustainability consulting projects through research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data quality assurance, client deliverables, reporting, project coordination, budget and timesheet tracking, market research, benchmarking, and participation in client workshops and internal knowledge sharing.

Develop business across France by managing existing clients and qualified prospects, identifying climate-solution opportunities, creating tailored proposals, negotiating deals, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role represents South Pole at conferences and events, shares market insights, and supports commercial growth. Candidates should have sustainability or business education, 1–2 years of experience, strong English and French communication skills, sales or climate-sector experience, climate project knowledge, and Salesforce experience.
