Provide hands-on, field-based clinical supervision and direct crisis response for Behavioral Health First Responders, including assessments, crisis intervention, documentation in the EHR, staff coaching, training, and quality assurance.

Manage intake and billing operations for a forensic peer specialist program, supervise intake/billing staff, ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance, streamline admissions and revenue cycle processes, train staff, oversee eligibility applications, coordinate treatment plan scheduling, and handle hiring and payroll tasks.

Provide direct, community-based support to adults with developmental disabilities: escort participants on outings, implement Individual Support Plans, facilitate activities, document services, manage outing budgets, transport participants, and provide basic first aid as needed.

Perform incident reporting, chart audits, investigations, data collection, record compliance audits, trainings, domain administration for Credible EHR, and assist with licensing or external requests. Provide after-hours emergency support and participate in PQI committees.
