Provide safety and security for adolescent males in a residential program. Manage front desk/control room, conduct security screenings and contraband searches, monitor video surveillance, perform headcounts and room checks, observe and intervene in client behavior, respond to emergencies (CPR/first aid/evacuation), and apply Safe Crisis Management techniques while communicating with supervisors and coworkers.

Supervise a juvenile treatment unit and staff to ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
