Coordinate and supervise care coordinators and resource coordinators to organize patient care, develop and monitor treatment plans, ensure regulatory compliance, track outcomes and reporting, facilitate team meetings and off-site provider coordination, provide weekly individual support and group facilitation, and assist participants with medical/psychiatric appointments.

Coordinate and oversee residential and community services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Provide front-desk and administrative support at an outpatient substance abuse counseling facility: answer and route calls, greet clients, check-in, collect payments, schedule evaluations, maintain attendance and group registration, process evaluations, and perform additional tasks as assigned while maintaining confidentiality and following HR policies.

Support intake, case record management, and reception duties while completing university internship requirements. Learn therapy documentation, participate in enrollments, communicate with patients and departments, and assist within a behavioral health/substance abuse setting under supervision.

Lead multi-state training strategy and team for IDD, behavioral health, and SUD services. Ensure regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, credential tracking, and training quality. Partner with operations, clinical, and QA teams to deploy training for new programs, monitor KPIs, conduct audits/site visits, and implement corrective actions to reduce incidents and improve workforce readiness.

Lead and support enterprise quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage audits, accreditation, regulatory compliance (including CARF), data-driven risk mitigation, corrective actions, and staff development across a multi-site human services organization.

Provides psychiatric care as a Family Nurse Practitioner and supervises nursing staff as Nurse Manager. Responsibilities include mental health assessments, medication management and documentation in the EHR, developing treatment plans, staff supervision and development, scheduling, policy/procedure maintenance, chart audits, quality improvement, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams and external providers.

Provide community-based case management, develop and implement individualized recovery plans, connect participants with community resources, advocate for needed services, drive participants to appointments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, monitor regulatory compliance, and manage crisis intervention and medication administration support.

Provide community-based case management: assess participant needs, develop and implement recovery plans, connect clients to resources, drive participants to appointments, maintain documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community agencies.

Provide clinical supervision and oversight for counseling staff in an opioid treatment and outpatient setting, maintain a caseload, ensure compliant documentation, coordinate care, lead youth and community initiatives, oversee admissions/discharges, support staff training and crisis intervention, and ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement.

Provide peer-based support, advocacy, and education to individuals in mental health and/or substance use recovery. Build peer-to-peer relationships, mentor, facilitate support groups, assist with WRAP and relapse prevention, connect clients to community supports, document progress, and participate in team training while maintaining personal wellness.

Oversee day-to-day operations of residential behavioral programs, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance and clinical quality, manage budgets and revenue cycle, lead recruitment and training, coordinate with clinical and quality teams, collect/report data, and liaise with funders to improve program outcomes.

Provide community-based case management to adults experiencing homelessness: develop person-centered recovery and housing plans, connect clients to benefits and resources, transport clients, complete assessments and documentation, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and identify service improvements.
