Card Services Specialist I supports branch card operations and customer service. Requires high school diploma, strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, basic reconciliation and math, proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with banking systems (Jack Henry preferred). Professionalism and ability to prepare routine reports expected.

Supports the Training and Development Officer by coordinating and scheduling in-person and virtual training, preparing materials, assisting onboarding, tracking attendance and completion, liaising with branch teams, supporting LMS use and audit documentation, and ensuring compliance.
