Manage assigned commercial loan portfolios supporting Relationship Managers: underwrite loans, perform financial and industry analysis, prepare credit memos and approval packages, monitor covenants and borrowing bases, assess risk ratings, identify cross-sell opportunities, and ensure compliance. Serve as secondary client contact and participate in loan origination, renewals, and reporting.

Oversee and prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), disclosures, MD&A and supporting schedules; interpret and implement GAAP pronouncements; maintain SOX/FDICIA controls; provide technical accounting guidance; support audits and ensure accurate, compliant external financial reporting.

Supports the Training and Development Officer by coordinating and scheduling in-person and virtual training, preparing materials, assisting onboarding, tracking attendance and completion, liaising with branch teams, supporting LMS use and audit documentation, and ensuring compliance.

Develops and maintains the banks compliance program, conducts compliance reviews and training, manages CRA and consumer complaint programs, reviews policies, marketing, and products for regulatory compliance, assists with regulatory examinations, and coordinates with consultants and bank departments to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local banking regulations.
