Teams at South Atlantic Bank

Originates and manages commercial deposit and loan relationships for a portfolio >$50M. Performs credit analysis and underwriting, approves loans within authority, cross-sells bank services, ensures compliance with lending policies, reviews credit files, supports training, and attends client and community events. Requires travel within the market and occasional out-of-market trips.

Develop and retain cash/treasury management business by prospecting, managing full sales cycle, analyzing client needs, preparing proposals/RFPs, coordinating implementation and training, and supporting relationship managers and digital banking teams.

Lead the bank's finance and accounting functions, oversee SEC and external financial reporting (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), manage CECL and stress-testing, liquidity and interest rate risk modeling, implement accounting pronouncements and SOX/FDICIA controls, liaise with auditors/examiners, and provide technical accounting guidance to senior leadership.
