Provides executive support to the Managing Director through calendar and email management, meeting coordination, report preparation, project assistance, and administrative process improvement. Maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders, oversees executive office administration and support staff, and handles assigned tasks. Requires strong Microsoft Office and Teams skills, communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, along with at least two years of relevant experience.

Lead enterprise, credit, and operational risk management across the bank: develop ERM framework, maintain risk register, conduct risk assessments, monitor loan portfolio performance, prepare risk reporting for management and regulators, support BCM and information security risk activities, and deliver risk training.

Design, implement, and maintain responsive ReactJS frontends and NestJS backend services for banking web applications. Build APIs, design databases, enforce security and authentication, write unit and automated tests, troubleshoot production issues, document systems, and collaborate with architects, security teams, and cross-functional peers to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.
