Lead enterprise, credit, and operational risk management across the bank: develop ERM framework, maintain risk register, conduct risk assessments, monitor loan portfolio performance, prepare risk reporting for management and regulators, support BCM and information security risk activities, and deliver risk training.

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable card processing systems; integrate with card schemes (Afrigo, Verve) and payment gateways; enforce PCI DSS security; troubleshoot card issues; collaborate with product, operations, and compliance; document architectures, APIs, and procedures.

Design, implement, and maintain responsive ReactJS frontends and NestJS backend services for banking web applications. Build APIs, design databases, enforce security and authentication, write unit and automated tests, troubleshoot production issues, document systems, and collaborate with architects, security teams, and cross-functional peers to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.
