Assist providers by documenting patient history, physical exam, procedures, labs, and diagnoses in the electronic health record. Accompany providers into exam rooms, use EHR templates, transcribe consultations and results, list follow-up instructions and prescriptions, and support nursing and front desk staff without direct patient care.

Provides front desk, administrative, scheduling, patient check-in, eligibility verification, referrals, care coordination, outreach, and electronic health record documentation in a tribal healthcare setting. May perform Medical Assistant duties such as taking vital signs, preparing patients, supporting clinical procedures, and documenting patient information. Also supports grant programs, records management, communications, compliance, health program initiatives, and operational reporting.

Provides direct behavioral health services to children, adults, couples, families, and groups under clinical supervision. Responsibilities include intake, assessment, crisis intervention, psychotherapy, treatment planning, case management, psychiatric treatment education, discharge and after-care planning, clinical documentation, billing, and interdisciplinary coordination. Services must be trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and responsive to the Native American community.

Provide comprehensive family medicine primary care in a patient-centered medical home: history/physicals, diagnostics, treatment, supervise PAs/NPs, participate in quality improvement, on-call rotations, nursing home and outreach clinic visits, maintain accurate EHR documentation and required licenses/certifications.
