Provides direct behavioral health services to children, adults, couples, families, and groups under clinical supervision. Responsibilities include intake, assessment, crisis intervention, psychotherapy, treatment planning, case management, psychiatric treatment education, discharge and after-care planning, clinical documentation, billing, and interdisciplinary coordination. Services must be trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and responsive to the Native American community.

Provide individual, couple, family and group therapeutic services including assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, case management, psychotherapy and discharge planning. Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, primary care and pharmacy, document in EHR (EPIC), attend clinical council and supervision, and refer clients to supportive services. Serve adults, children and families with culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care for the Native American community.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the COO and Board: manage complex C-suite calendars, prepare confidential correspondence and minutes, arrange travel, compile agendas and records, coordinate meetings, events, and cross-departmental projects, and maintain official administrative files.
