Prepare and serve meals, set up and clean dining and food-preparation areas, deliver trays to residents per diet orders, maintain inventory and sanitation, communicate with staff and residents, and follow food safety and facility policies.

Assist occupational therapists with implementing treatment plans, prepare therapy areas and equipment, support patients during sessions, document progress, coordinate scheduling, maintain confidentiality, and perform administrative and inventory tasks.

Provide patient care under the direction of a Physical Therapist or Director of Rehab, implement treatment plans, document care and charges, instruct families and staff on restorative programs, participate in team meetings, training, quality improvement, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.

Administer medications under nurse direction, document medication administration, perform resident care duties (bathing, transfers, vitals), follow infection control and privacy policies, maintain medication cart and participate in facility reporting and inspections.

Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to menus and resident diet orders; maintain kitchen cleanliness, stock supplies, monitor inventory, follow food safety regulations, coordinate with staff, and report incidents or concerns.

Oversee and direct the nursing department in a long-term care facility, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, staffing, staff education, infection control, medication management, and coordination of resident care. Participate in surveys, investigations, performance evaluations, hiring, disciplinary actions, and reporting while collaborating with administration to improve patient outcomes and maintain facility standards.

Provide direct nursing care to long-term, short-term, and rehabilitative residents under RN/physician supervision. Follow care plans and physician orders, maintain documentation and privacy, participate in surveys, provide resident/family education, perform emergency response (CPR), and ensure safe, timely, professional nursing service.

Provide bedside care under RN/physician supervision: administer medications, monitor vitals, assist with hygiene and mobility, document care in EHR, support patients and families, and collaborate on care plans while maintaining compliance and participating in ongoing training.

Provide direct nursing care to long-term and short-term residents under RN/physician supervision, follow care plans and physician orders, maintain documentation and HIPAA privacy, participate in surveys, deliver emergency support including CPR, educate residents/families, and ensure timely, professional, and coordinated nursing services.
