Provides direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Responsibilities include administering medications and injections, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, maintaining patient records, educating patients and families, supporting care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and following healthcare regulations. The role requires a Texas LPN license, clinical experience, EHR proficiency, strong communication, compassion, and flexible scheduling.

Prepares ingredients and meals according to menus, resident diet orders, facility policies, and food safety regulations. Cleans kitchen areas, dishes, and equipment; serves food; coordinates with dietary staff; monitors inventory; and reports concerns or incidents. The role requires communication with residents, families, visitors, nursing home staff, and supervisors, along with weekend and holiday availability.

Prepares and serves meals to nursing home residents, delivers trays, maintains dining and kitchen cleanliness, stocks supplies, follows dietary orders and food-safety regulations, and communicates resident concerns to appropriate staff. The role includes collecting dishes and waste, attending meetings and training, and working scheduled weekends and holidays. No supervisory duties are assigned.
