Build long-term partnerships with universities and student organizations, represent Solidgate at career fairs and student initiatives, launch events, and oversee their operational execution. The role focuses on developing Solidgate’s presence within the student ecosystem, fostering academic relationships, and supporting talent engagement through strong communication, organization, and networking.

Owns end-to-end technical onboarding and ongoing integration support for merchants using Solidgate’s payment platform. Responsibilities include configuring payment flows, supporting L1 teams, participating in presales calls, explaining integration capabilities, advising on scalable payment setups, and supporting hosted payment pages, payment forms, digital wallets, routing logic, and data flows.

Build Solidgate’s Billing 2.0 infrastructure, including Products and Prices domain models, public APIs, enterprise pricing engines, resilient service architecture, and automated payment retry systems. Develop high-load backend services in Go, supported by unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing. Work with PostgreSQL, queues or streams, and contribute to reliable, scalable fintech billing systems.

Supports Account Management and Sales by interacting with clients, answering product and service requests, preparing presentations and documentation, organizing meetings, assisting operational processes, analyzing sales results, and recommending process improvements. The role offers hands-on fintech experience and flexible work arrangements in Kyiv.

Coordinate individual and group business travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and complex international itineraries. Organize team-building trips and entertainment itineraries, resolve travel disruptions abroad, maintain trip and per diem records, and improve internal travel policies. Own experimentation from ideation through A/B testing and deployment, engineer features from high-cardinality transactional data, integrate emerging AI technologies, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Platform teams on training and analytics pipelines.

Own and build the frontend for Alternative Payment Methods: create and maintain SPAs for Hub and Olimp, integrate new APMs into the payment form, improve merchant UI/UX, collaborate with Go backend engineers on Buf/Connect RPC contracts, and establish frontend patterns, tooling, and review practices for the team.

Run and optimize workplace operations across Kyiv HQ and regional hubs: vendor management, office supplies, facilities, travel and logistics, event coordination, expense tracking, and creating a productive, people-first office experience.

Embed application security across a large cloud-native, microservices fintech platform: design secure architectures, run threat modeling, integrate SAST/DAST and dependency/secrets scanning into CI/CD, manage vulnerability lifecycle, support pentests and bug bounties, and improve secure coding and AppSec maturity.

Design and develop visual concepts and assets for brand and marketing across digital and offline channels. Create campaign key visuals, social and web assets, event materials, merchandise, and print; adapt concepts across formats, support internal teams, and use generative AI for research and prototyping when useful.
