What You’ll Own

— Lead full-cycle recruitment for international business, product, and tech roles — from sourcing to offer.
— Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver results deeply.
— Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill positions.
— Design and execute outreach strategies that attract top-tier candidates globally.
— Continuously improve recruitment processes — making hiring smarter, faster, and more effective.
— Represent Solidgate as an ambassador of our brand and culture to candidates worldwide.

You’re a Great Fit if You Have

— 3-5 years of experience in recruiting (preferably in fast-growth tech companies)
— A proven track record of hiring top talent in competitive markets
— Outstanding sourcing skills — you know how to find and engage candidates everywhere
— Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
— A growth mindset: you don’t just follow processes, you challenge and improve them
— Advanced English
