The Junior Account Manager will manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with various teams to enhance client experiences.

Own payments operations for the Banking product: build liquidity monitoring and alerting, map fund flows for new products, resolve partner/client payment inquiries, automate and streamline processes, support banking-side client onboarding, and configure fees and transaction rules for new payment methods.

The Tech Brand Manager will build and sustain an engineering community, create engaging technical content, represent Solidgate at events, and support engineers in public engagements while tracking metrics for community growth and content success.
