Manage user access, support information security management systems and audits, triage vulnerability and phishing findings, maintain asset and risk registers, assist with incident response, and update security policies and procedures. The role focuses on corporate security, access management, vulnerability management, compliance, security awareness, and audit readiness.

Provide technical support and integration guidance to new and existing merchants throughout their payment lifecycle. Support L1 teams, participate in pre-sales calls, explain integration capabilities, and advise merchants on payment setups involving hosted payment pages, payment forms, digital wallets, routing logic, and data flows. The role requires strong communication, merchant focus, Postman and basic SQL knowledge, and the ability to manage urgent technical issues independently.

Conduct KYC/KYB and due diligence reviews for new and existing merchants. Analyze company structures, ownership, UBOs, transaction details, and customer records; perform sanctions screening; prepare document requests; support periodic and event-driven reviews; and collaborate with internal stakeholders and banking partners to resolve compliance issues accurately and efficiently.
