Analyzes production data, establishes time standards, improves safety, quality, cost, velocity, and manufacturability, and implements new processes and equipment. Develops tooling concepts, coordinates with design teams, resolves technical issues, and communicates with U.S. engineering departments.

Design, develop, and modernize desktop and web software tools using .NET, databases, and front-end frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, create technical designs and project plans, implement secure performant solutions, and mentor team members while supporting digital transformation and legacy tool upgrades.

Perform turbomachinery drivetrain alignment and packaging structural analysis; use CAD and FEA tools to validate designs; collaborate cross-functionally; develop subject-matter expertise in multiple mechanical analysis disciplines and support customer project execution.

Leads turbomachinery package system upgrade projects from booking through installation and commissioning. Program CNC machining centers using Creo, Cimco, CAD/CAM, and offline programming software. Develop setup sheets and production instructions, interpret engineering drawings, monitor schedules, identify machining challenges, secure and back up programs, mentor machinists, support tooling development, manage tool life, and operate machines as needed.

Leads market development for Solar Turbines’ data center products and services. Responsibilities include evaluating market opportunities, analyzing competitors and regulations, developing commercialization and market introduction plans, building external relationships, presenting at conferences, supporting product specifications and sales proposals, creating internal sales tools, tracking progress, and identifying strategic partnerships. The role requires power market knowledge, business analysis, strong communication skills, and onsite work five days per week.

Leads technical and commercial proposal development for complex turbomachinery, gas compression, power generation, and aftermarket projects. Coordinates sales, engineering, project management, supply chain, fabrication, and external stakeholders to define scope, develop competitive strategies, assess risks, and meet commercial objectives. Serves as the technical and contractual authority for complex bids, supports customer negotiations, and guides proposal deliverables for projects valued from $200,000 to over $35 million.

Improves manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities to enhance quality, speed, cost, and workforce outcomes. Responsibilities include identifying process issues, implementing improvements, executing and documenting manufacturing tasks, supporting equipment and facility planning and maintenance, and applying change control, lean manufacturing, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking practices. The role supports weld, package assembly, or facilities engineering value streams and requires onsite work five days per week.

Develops technical and commercial proposals for gas turbine power generation packages across the EAME region. Reviews customer specifications, designs solutions, manages technical and commercial risks, coordinates internal teams and suppliers, calculates project costs, supports negotiations and site visits, and conducts handovers to project execution teams. The role requires frequent European travel and five days per week onsite in Prague.

Provide manufacturing engineering support for turbomachinery component production: develop manufacturing plans, design tooling/fixtures, implement inspection (3D scan/CMM), lead quality investigations using SPC/GR&R/Cpk, support new product manufacturability, implement MES, and identify automation/AI improvements.

Leads work assignments within a production area, coordinates procedures and schedules, trains employees, verifies sub-assembly quality against drawings and specifications, ensures production standards are met, and oversees part routing and workplace organization. The role requires extensive project-area experience, leadership ability, communication skills, and minimal supervision. Employees may work any shift based on business needs.

Serve as the HR Business Partner for assigned Solar business units, advising leaders and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent management, and engagement. Designs and develops complex mechanical systems and turbomachinery products from concept through implementation. Creates 3D models, engineering drawings, BOMs, and product documentation while evaluating performance, reliability, safety, cost, manufacturability, and risk. Collaborates with product, manufacturing, supply chain, field service, and engineering teams to solve technical issues, support integration and installation, and mitigate risks. Mentors engineers and contributes to Agile development and continuous improvement.
