Technical lead for supplier quality of forgings and raw materials: manage PPAP, tooling, and supplier qualifications; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions; develop supplier metrics; liaise with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to drive NPI and continuous improvement.

Lead and perform risk‑based SOX and internal control compliance activities: document controls, evaluate findings, monitor remediation, support SoD, RPA and application controls, coordinate audits, prepare dashboards/reports, train staff, supervise 1–2 employees, and assess control impacts for system implementations.

Lead supplier quality assessment and qualification of production parts. Review supplier data against drawings, audit supplier processes (ISO/NADCAP), monitor and reduce defect rates, and support suppliers with process controls, lean improvements, and technical solutions for casting and machining issues.

Lead supplier technical and quality resolution for purchased materials and externally manufactured equipment. Manage vendor technical qualifications, track milestones, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, and collaborate with sourcing, buyers and engineers to improve supplier cost, quality and lead time.

Lead and execute manufacturing projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and develop/optimize CNC programs to meet production, quality, and delivery goals. Troubleshoot machining/process issues, support process validation and continuous improvement, and communicate status and risks to stakeholders.

Design mechanical components and turbo machinery package systems, produce Mechanical Interface Drawings and bills of materials, support production and suppliers, apply basic structural and system analysis, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and meet project deadlines.

Design, test, and develop software components and applications to meet client requirements. Work on React Native and modern UI frameworks, troubleshoot and maintain code, apply Agile practices, collaborate with engineers, designers and data scientists, and deploy via CI/CD tools.
