Provide sales contract support for Solar Turbines Customer Services: review, draft, negotiate complex domestic and foreign sales and aftermarket agreements, assess and communicate contractual risks, advise business teams, seek approvals for deviations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to preserve customer relationships. Strong interpersonal skills and Spanish fluency required.

Designs and analyzes gas turbine rotors, bearings, and adjacent structures; supports manufacturing, testing, field troubleshooting, vibration data acquisition, product health diagnostics, and process improvements. Collaborates with production engineers, shop personnel, test engineers, and field teams on rotordynamic system performance and recommendations.

Provides HSSE leadership and technical support for field operations, overhaul workshops, test cells, warehouses, and facilities across Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea. Responsibilities include implementing HSSE programs, conducting site and security assessments, ensuring Australian legal compliance, investigating incidents, performing root cause analysis, developing corrective actions, managing emergency planning, and preparing detailed reports. The role requires 25–50% domestic and international travel and five days per week onsite.

Owns Solar Turbines product lines and supports engine assembly, disassembly, testing, tooling, and manufacturing work instructions. Analyzes production data, establishes time standards, improves safety, quality, cost, velocity, and manufacturability, and implements new processes and equipment. Develops tooling concepts, coordinates with design teams, resolves technical issues, and communicates with U.S. engineering departments.

Lead supplier technical and quality resolution for purchased materials and externally manufactured equipment. Manage vendor technical qualifications, track milestones, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, and collaborate with sourcing, buyers and engineers to improve supplier cost, quality and lead time.

Develop and execute territory sales strategies for Solar Turbines across Central Asia. Identify and pursue Oil & Gas opportunities, manage customer relationships, develop technical and commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and support contract awards and project handovers. Support InSight Platform enablement and manage low-complexity InSight Connect connectivity projects to get units connected.
