Teams at Solar Turbines

Leads a global team of Connectivity Engineers and oversees worldwide connectivity enablement projects for Solar Turbines. Responsibilities include resource planning, project execution, budget oversight, operational metrics, risk management, customer and contract commitments, process standardization, and team development. The role partners with Sales and Operations to support connected-services growth and ensures connectivity solutions are delivered consistently, efficiently, and on schedule.

Provides confidential executive and departmental administrative support, including calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, events, employee language training, reports, presentations, expense authorization, purchasing, vendor negotiations, and project coordination. The role also mentors peers, supports social media content, and requires strong Czech and English communication skills. This is a fully onsite, five-day-per-week position.

Design and implement turbine and driven-equipment control system retrofits and upgrades. Configure standard products, select components, prepare purchase orders, parts lists, manufacturing documentation, functional descriptions, manuals, and regulatory documentation. Collaborate with engineering, production, logistics, fabrication, assembly, project management, and field installation teams while managing multiple projects, analyzing issues, facilitating design reviews, and delivering safe, cost-effective solutions.
