Manage preconstruction activities for multiple commercial solar projects: create estimates and takeoffs, develop schedules, coordinate subcontractor bids, produce preconstruction documentation, lead pre-bid/bid meetings, and liaise with clients and project managers to transition projects to contract phase.

Support accounting and payroll functions including maintaining financial records, reconciliations, invoicing, A/R and A/P, expense tracking, and assisting with financial statements. Provide payroll processing and certified payroll review in absence of the payroll admin, assist with commercial insurance renewals, interpret reports for management, and collaborate to streamline accounting processes while ensuring compliance with procedures and laws.

Support commercial solar installation safety by documenting and administering safety procedures, ensuring OSHA compliance, training construction personnel, maintaining safety records, responding to safety inquiries, and promoting continuous improvement in company safety culture.

Oversee and enforce safety protocols on commercial solar construction sites, conduct pre-construction and verification site visits, monitor compliance with OSHA and NEC, recommend safety-related design/procedural changes, ensure adequate PPE, and maintain safety documentation and reporting.

Oversee QA/QC for commercial solar projects across a region by performing site audits, reviewing submittals/RFIs, monitoring civil/mechanical/electrical installations, documenting via photos/video, generating QAQC reports and punch lists, auditing subcontractor documentation, and conducting final walk-throughs to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Greet clients and visitors, manage and maintain a professional reception area, answer and route phone calls, intercept mail and packages, track office supplies, and perform administrative tasks such as filing and data entry while maintaining confidentiality.

Support Project Managers in planning and executing commercial solar projects: manage schedules, budgets, permits, documentation, procurement, change orders, and client communications to ensure timely project completion and compliance.
