Processes high-volume accounts payable invoices and supplier bills, performs purchase order matching, tracks lien waivers and insurance certificates, codes expenses to job and cost codes, manages payment runs and AP communications, and supports monthly closing and job-cost reporting. Collaborates with purchasing and project teams to secure timely invoice approvals and maintain compliance records.

Oversee QA/QC for commercial solar projects across a region by performing site audits, reviewing submittals/RFIs, monitoring civil/mechanical/electrical installations, documenting via photos/video, generating QAQC reports and punch lists, auditing subcontractor documentation, and conducting final walk-throughs to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Support Project Managers in planning and executing commercial solar projects: manage schedules, budgets, permits, documentation, procurement, change orders, and client communications to ensure timely project completion and compliance.
