Lead Solana Foundation’s global communications strategy, reputation, media relationships, executive positioning, and crisis response. Build a scalable communications function, define accurate and defensible narratives, manage high-stakes incidents, support ecosystem teams, translate technical developments for broad audiences, coordinate with policy and legal teams, and measure reputation and narrative accuracy. The role requires hands-on drafting, technical fluency, strong media relationships, coalition-building, and composure during crises.

Own Frontier Traders end to end, including Solana data ingestion, high-volume attribution pipelines, rewards and VIP systems, realtime leaderboards, partner integrations, and trader-facing product experiences. Lead architecture, delivery, testing, observability, incident response, and roadmap definition while working directly with traders, market makers, Foundation stakeholders, design, and product teams.

Own institutional growth marketing for banks, asset managers, and financial infrastructure providers. Responsibilities include audience segmentation, full-funnel campaigns, sales enablement, flagship research, event and partnership activation, and measuring engagement and pipeline influence. The role requires authoritative financial writing, research and data fluency, knowledge of digital assets and tokenization, and effective collaboration with business development, data, events, and communications teams.

The Head of Institutional Growth will define Solana's strategy in Japan, build relationships with financial stakeholders, and support ecosystem partners.

Lead Solana Foundation's business development strategy for institutions in China, building relationships with banks and regulators, and supporting ecosystem projects.

Operate Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash end-to-end, onboard and integrate finance systems, control corporate spend, maintain GL accuracy across two entities and standards, reconcile bank and onchain wallet activity, support month-end close and reporting, and design/implement internal controls and process automation.

The Solana Program Engineer will build high-performance decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols on Solana, contributing to smart contracts, tooling, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include working on production-grade programs, optimizing performance, and collaborating with ecosystem teams.

Lead Solana Foundation's Bay Area strategy to drive AI × Solana adoption. Build relationships with AI/ML founders, VCs, and researchers; allocate capital and grants; launch flagship events; form strategic partnerships; and convert partnerships into shipped products. Must be Bay Area–based and accountable for regional outcomes.
