Lead outbound business development across APAC to onboard trading desks, exchanges, and allocators onto Solana. Negotiate terms, coordinate with product and protocol teams to enable onchain trading (order types, margin, listings), secure LP capital, and grow volume and open interest while managing VIP relationships and program ROI.

The Head of Institutional Growth will define Solana's strategy in Japan, build relationships with financial stakeholders, and support ecosystem partners.

Lead Solana Foundation's business development strategy for institutions in China, building relationships with banks and regulators, and supporting ecosystem projects.
