Manage and oversee foundation engineering and geotechnical operations across Nigerian project sites, leading piling and ground improvement works, mobilizing heavy equipment, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence, coordinating stakeholders, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting tendering, and preparing operational reports.

Lead and deliver drilling and grouting projects (anchors, micropiles, ground improvement). Plan and oversee site operations, manage budgets, subcontractors, safety and compliance, monitor progress, handle contracts and claims, report to stakeholders, and support tendering and technical input.

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, HR recordkeeping, reporting and manpower planning for project/site personnel. Maintain HR documentation, support employee relations, compliance, training coordination, and produce Excel-based reports and analytics to optimize workforce utilization.

Oversee site technical and quality activities ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards. Support site and technical office in methods, design reviews, alternative solutions, method statements, testing, non-conformity management, technical assistance, and end-of-works reporting including As-Built documentation.

Manage end-to-end HR operations across Algeria including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll processing, compliance with Algerian labor law, work permits and expatriate visa administration, liaison with government authorities, employee relations, benefits administration, HR recordkeeping, and support project mobilization/demobilization.

Support the Site Manager by preparing and monitoring work schedules, coordinating workforce activities, ensuring timeline and standards compliance, managing supplier/client relations, and reporting issues to the Project Manager. Travel to construction sites in Italy as needed.

Lead and coordinate on-site construction activities ensuring health, safety, environment and quality compliance. Plan and monitor schedules, manage work teams and suppliers, report progress and non-conformities, and propose corrective actions. Ensure legal and environmental compliance and continuity of operations per method statements.

Manage economic and financial control of assigned construction projects: define cost and billing plans, produce progress and variance reports, monitor invoicing and cash flow, maintain accurate cost records, identify risks/opportunities, and support Project Management to optimize timelines and profitability.

Support the Site Manager by coordinating operational teams, monitoring maintenance, preparing daily production and progress reports, managing schedules and budget alignment, performing variance analysis, and preparing SIL project documentation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while coordinating with site teams, administrative services, and the client.

Oversee daily site operations including production reporting, quality-control analysis, non-conformity management, equipment supervision, and site personnel oversight for safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Report site activities to the Site Manager.

Assist the Site Manager with scheduling, monitoring work execution, workforce coordination, and stakeholder relations. Report issues/non-compliance to the Project Manager and help ensure activities meet timelines and standards across construction sites.

Provide technological support to Production and Tender teams for foundations and soil improvement: design and test execution procedures, analyze site data, assist bids, develop innovative products/solutions, collaborate with universities and industry, present at events, and support R&D funding plans.

Assist the Site Manager by supporting schedule preparation and monitoring, coordinating workforce and supplier/client relationships, reporting issues, and ensuring work complies with timelines and standards. Travel within Italy to construction sites may be required.

Provide geotechnical and engineering support for a construction project in Spain: ensure compliance with safety/environment/quality, define execution methods, propose alternative technical solutions, prepare method statements and tests, support site teams, manage non-conformities, and produce end-of-project reports and As-Built drawings.
