Manage direct and indirect sales across an assigned territory, achieving revenue and profitability targets. Responsibilities include developing budgets and commercial policies, analyzing competition, managing customer and dealer relationships, identifying new business, monitoring payments and credit risk, supporting product planning, overseeing pricing, participating in trade fairs, and reporting on travel and sales activities.

Plans and manages site personnel allocation across projects in Italy. The role analyzes staffing needs, coordinates workforce transfers and reassignments, identifies external hiring requirements, collaborates with recruitment teams, reviews performance evaluations, and prepares workforce planning reports. It works closely with corporate functions, site management, and project stakeholders to ensure staffing aligns with operational needs.

Provide technological support to Production and Tender teams for foundations and soil improvement: design and test execution procedures, analyze site data, assist bids, develop innovative products/solutions, collaborate with universities and industry, present at events, and support R&D funding plans.

Lead and deliver drilling and grouting projects (anchors, micropiles, ground improvement). Plan and oversee site operations, manage budgets, subcontractors, safety and compliance, monitor progress, handle contracts and claims, report to stakeholders, and support tendering and technical input.

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, HR recordkeeping, reporting and manpower planning for project/site personnel. Maintain HR documentation, support employee relations, compliance, training coordination, and produce Excel-based reports and analytics to optimize workforce utilization.

Manage end-to-end HR operations across Algeria including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll processing, compliance with Algerian labor law, work permits and expatriate visa administration, liaison with government authorities, employee relations, benefits administration, HR recordkeeping, and support project mobilization/demobilization.
