Plans and manages site personnel allocation across projects in Italy. The role analyzes staffing needs, coordinates workforce transfers and reassignments, identifies external hiring requirements, collaborates with recruitment teams, reviews performance evaluations, and prepares workforce planning reports. It works closely with corporate functions, site management, and project stakeholders to ensure staffing aligns with operational needs.

Design and analyze piling, shoring, and deep foundation systems (bored piles, CFA, micropiles, secant piles, diaphragm walls). Perform geotechnical and structural analyses, slope stability and soil improvement studies. Prepare calculations, reports, drawings (AutoCAD), and technical submissions. Coordinate with project stakeholders, support site execution, ensure compliance with UAE standards, and participate in value engineering.

Supervise daily piling, shoring, and foundation works ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and method statements. Coordinate with surveyors, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and clients; monitor progress, productivity, and inspections; prepare daily reports, resolve technical issues, maintain documentation, and support project management to meet objectives.
