Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, HR recordkeeping, reporting and manpower planning for project/site personnel. Maintain HR documentation, support employee relations, compliance, training coordination, and produce Excel-based reports and analytics to optimize workforce utilization.

- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
- Support administration and coordination of training and development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience within the construction industry preferred.
- Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, and employee administration.
- Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and HR data tracking.
- Experience in HR reporting, analytics, and manpower planning.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced project environment.
- Experience supporting large manpower operations/projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HRMS systems and digital reporting tools is preferred.
