Provide remote NOC and infrastructure support for customer IT environments. Integrates Laserfiche with databases and external systems using lookups, web services, and custom scripts while ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and efficient.

Leads end-to-end AI solution development, including machine learning and deep learning models, predictive analytics, full-stack applications, cloud deployment, and MLOps. Designs scalable architectures, improves model performance and efficiency, documents technical decisions, and provides technical leadership and mentorship. Builds data preparation pipelines and communicates technical outcomes to business and engineering stakeholders.

Deliver cloud migration and deployment projects from scoping through closeout.
