Designs, develops, configures, and maintains Laserfiche workflows, eForms, business processes, integrations, metadata, security settings, and document-management structures. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoots automation issues, documents solutions, trains users, and recommends process improvements. Integrates Laserfiche with databases and external systems using lookups, web services, and custom scripts while ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and efficient.
