Provide remote NOC and infrastructure support for customer IT environments. Monitor alerts, troubleshoot servers, endpoints, networks, Microsoft 365, SonicWall appliances, virtualization, backups, and cloud or on-premises systems. Perform root cause analysis, document incidents, support Tier 1 engineers, escalate complex issues, and meet SLA and service-performance targets.

Build scalable full-stack AI solutions with Python, JavaScript, and React; orchestrate AI coding agents; review AI-generated code; develop LLM and RAG applications; oversee data pipelines and machine learning integrations; establish testing and CI/CD practices; contribute to architecture and security decisions; mentor developers; and progress toward technical leadership.

Perform manual quality assurance for web, mobile, and back-end applications. Create and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios; conduct functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, usability, risk-based, API, compatibility, and data validation testing. Use SQL for database validation, document defects with reproduction steps and evidence, and collaborate with Development and Product teams. Apply AI tools and prompt engineering to QA processes.
