The Staff Software Engineer will develop the Wayfinder product for maritime transport, collaborating with various teams to build integrated software solutions and guiding features from conception to adoption.

Own messaging, positioning, and GTM for Spotter and Wayfinder. Run customer discovery, build sales enablement and launch plans, create case studies and AI-driven GTM tools, and support lead generation to improve funnel velocity and win rates.

The role involves creating compelling visuals, managing brand identity across platforms, and collaborating on high-visibility projects in a fast-paced environment.
