Lead U.S. federal growth across defense and civilian agencies by managing business development, capture, government affairs, strategic partnerships, proposals, and customer engagement. Develop pathways from mission needs to funded contracts, coordinate stakeholders and partners, assess pipeline health, and support program execution. The role requires strong federal acquisition, budgeting, contracting, communication, and project-management expertise, plus willingness to travel and work directly on capture activities.

Own the full customer lifecycle for Wayfinder accounts across EMEA, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, portfolio health, and customer advocacy. Build relationships with maritime stakeholders, demonstrate fuel and cost savings, identify risks, influence product direction, and partner with sales on commercial growth. The role requires maritime industry credibility, autonomous work, executive communication, and travel across EMEA.

Develop production software for maritime route optimization, vessel performance and fuel-consumption modeling, voyage analysis, simulation, and route evaluation. Build and improve optimization algorithms, APIs, services, testing, and explainable recommendation systems using Rust and Python. Collaborate with engineers, product experts, and maritime specialists to translate complex physical and mathematical problems into maintainable software supporting U.S. Government and defense customers.
