The Staff Software Engineer will develop the Wayfinder product for maritime transport, collaborating with various teams to build integrated software solutions and guiding features from conception to adoption.

The Sales Director will execute Sofar's go-to-market strategy for hardware sales in the APAC region, managing the sales process, client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue and customer success.

Embed with defense users to train, enable, and problem-solve using Sofar Spotter hardware and ocean intelligence. Build the Defense customer success function (onboarding, playbooks, TTPs), lead deployments and exercises, capture field learnings for Product, collaborate with Sales and internal teams, and travel extensively to support and grow accounts.
