Identify, engage, and build pipelines of technical and industry-specialist talent for maritime and climate tech. Partner with People Team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, use Boolean search, ATS (Ashby), and creative channels beyond LinkedIn to meet metrics-driven sourcing goals. Own sourcing strategy and candidate pipeline in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup (hybrid work).

Design, implement, and maintain FreeRTOS-based embedded firmware in C/C++ with automated unit and integration tests; build Bristlemouth integrations; create host-side test and automation tools in Python; collaborate with electrical/mechanical engineers on system integration, testing and deployments; drive releases, documentation, and technical leadership for firmware teams.

Lead science-driven brand storytelling and campaigns that translate ocean and climate data into engaging multimedia for social and live platforms. Develop content concepts, coordinate scientists/designers, run event and awards strategies, write speaking proposals, execute campaigns, and measure performance to inform future storytelling.
