Identify, engage, and build pipelines of technical and industry-specialist talent for maritime and climate tech. Partner with People Team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, use Boolean search, ATS (Ashby), and creative channels beyond LinkedIn to meet metrics-driven sourcing goals. Own sourcing strategy and candidate pipeline in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup (hybrid work).

Analyzes voyage, vessel performance, and weather data to produce accurate customer-facing reports. Validates charter party terms, good-weather criteria, assumptions, and source data; investigates discrepancies; and supports evidence-based maritime claims. Collaborates with customers and technical teams on tailored analyses, reporting automation, and product improvements involving EU ETS, FuelEU Maritime, and CII requirements.

Lead U.S. federal growth across defense and civilian agencies by managing business development, capture, government affairs, strategic partnerships, proposals, and customer engagement. Develop pathways from mission needs to funded contracts, coordinate stakeholders and partners, assess pipeline health, and support program execution. The role requires strong federal acquisition, budgeting, contracting, communication, and project-management expertise, plus willingness to travel and work directly on capture activities.
