Lead development and oversight of organization-wide safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, and promote a proactive safety culture across multiple sites.

Lead sales for life-safety deficiencies identified by inspectors: prepare and submit quotes, engage customers, track and follow up on open quotes, support project handoff, maintain records, report to management, and perform regular site visits.

Provide financial analysis, guidance, and reporting for the commercial service division. Manage budgeting, cost accounting, general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and forecasting to support divisional operations.

Support the Project Manager on mechanical construction projects: track progress and profitability, process change orders and billing, order materials, run project reports, liaise with general contractors and superintendents, and help ensure projects meet timelines and contractual requirements.

Install and repair fire sprinkler systems for multi-family and commercial new construction per NFPA codes. Ensure work meets local regulations and company specs, identify and resolve issues, follow NFPA 13 & 25, electrical codes, and OSHA safety procedures, and work independently or with the team.
