Support the Corporate Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding across company entities. Handle administrative recruiting tasks, scheduling, candidate and hiring manager communication, recordkeeping, and assist with prioritizing multiple small tasks in a fast-paced construction office.

Lead sales for life-safety deficiencies identified by inspectors: prepare and submit quotes, engage customers, track and follow up on open quotes, support project handoff, maintain records, report to management, and perform regular site visits.

Lead development and oversight of organization-wide safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, and promote a proactive safety culture across multiple sites.

Coordinate and dispatch field technicians, manage schedules and customer communications, verify work order accuracy via GPS, track parts and returns, follow SOPs, and optimize daily workflow to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Provide financial analysis, guidance, and reporting for the commercial service division. Manage budgeting, cost accounting, general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and forecasting to support divisional operations.

Support the Project Manager on mechanical construction projects: track progress and profitability, process change orders and billing, order materials, run project reports, liaise with general contractors and superintendents, and help ensure projects meet timelines and contractual requirements.
