Serve as the companys first point of contact by answering phones, greeting visitors, and performing clerical and administrative tasks. Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and handle written and verbal communications to support company operations.

Support Project Managers on custom HVAC and plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Maintain RFIs, submittals, permits, schedules, change orders, and Procore/Monday.com/Dynamics records. Assist with procurement, forecasting, invoicing, purchase orders, subcontract documentation, inspections, and coordination among field staff, vendors, builders, and accounting to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Lead development and oversight of organization-wide safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, and promote a proactive safety culture across multiple sites.
