Support the Project Manager on mechanical construction projects: track progress and profitability, process change orders and billing, order materials, run project reports, liaise with general contractors and superintendents, and help ensure projects meet timelines and contractual requirements.

Provide financial analysis, guidance, and reporting for the commercial service division. Manage budgeting, cost accounting, general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and forecasting to support divisional operations.

Lead mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, manage budgets and estimates, liaison with GC/GM/superintendents, order materials, run progress and profitability reports, manage risks and recovery plans, ensure code/spec compliance and quality, and maintain client communication to deliver projects on-time, within scope, and on-budget.
