Manage corporate and foundation fundraising across Southern India, generating INR 10 crore or more annually. Lead new corporate CSR donor acquisition by researching funding opportunities, engaging senior corporate stakeholders, developing proposals and pitches, securing long-term partnerships, and managing donor relationships. Collaborate across programs and communications teams, develop fundraising and cause-marketing strategies, maintain compliance documentation and reporting, monitor CSR and ESG trends, and optimize budgets and fundraising ROI.

Supports the Executive Trustee, Executive Director, and Strategy Cell with governance, strategic planning, organizational reviews, and leadership coordination. Responsibilities include analyzing MIS, tracking KPIs and action items, maintaining SOPs and governance records, supporting transformation initiatives, preparing reports and presentations, conducting sector research, coordinating leadership and board meetings, and facilitating cross-functional execution of strategic priorities.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will design and maintain M&E frameworks, indicators, monitoring plans, dashboards, and reporting systems. Responsibilities include training facilitators, conducting field data verification, researching secondary data, analyzing qualitative and quantitative information, preparing performance reports, coordinating evaluations, designing digital data collection forms, and sharing actionable findings. The role also supports documentation, knowledge management, impact assessment, and evidence-based program decisions across education, healthcare, livelihood, and other development projects.

Lead Smile Foundation’s individual-giving channels by building and scaling donation partnerships with SMEs, retailers, malls, event facilitators, and private venues. Own channel strategy, partner onboarding, field activations, public donation events, vendors, volunteers, logistics, and performance management. Establish compliant SOPs for donation handling, reconciliation, reporting, and audit readiness. Lead teams, manage escalations, nurture donor and partner relationships, and improve cost efficiency, donor experience, transparency, and unrestricted funding outcomes.

Facilitates remedial and grade-level learning for students in Grades 6–9 through lesson planning, activity-based instruction, mentoring, assessments, and targeted support. Maintains attendance, progress records, teaching materials, reports, and project documentation. Engages parents, schools, and communities to improve attendance, retention, and learning outcomes, while supporting awareness sessions, events, trainings, and other project activities.

Leads field implementation of a STEM and education systems-strengthening project across schools in Wadagera Block and Bangalore. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement with education officials and schools, supervision of STEM facilitators, teacher training, student workshops, vendor and resource management, budgeting, MIS maintenance, reporting, documentation, events, and donor communications. The role requires regular field travel, community engagement, and coordination with government departments and external partners.

Leads planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and coordination of the PADHAYI education project. Facilitates scholarship outreach, applications, verification, disbursement, and ongoing student support. Supervises project staff, manages stakeholders and community engagement, monitors academic outcomes, maintains MIS data, supports budgeting and procurement, and prepares donor reports. The role also involves field visits, academic quality assurance, mentoring, and compliance with safeguarding and organizational policies.

Lead corporate partnerships and B2B fundraising by identifying CSR funding opportunities, engaging senior corporate stakeholders, developing proposals, acquiring high-value donors, and nurturing long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams on pitches, campaigns, reporting, compliance documentation, and donor communications. Monitor CSR, ESG, regulatory, and philanthropy trends while planning high-ROI fundraising activities.

Lead integrated rural development programmes across multiple geographies, translating donor commitments and organisational strategy into implementation plans. Oversee project delivery, budgets of ₹5–10 crore annually, donor KPIs, compliance, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, government convergence, stakeholder engagement, and field quality reviews. Mentor project leads and field teams, strengthen programme systems, identify corrective actions, and promote evidence-based learning across health, education, livelihoods, agriculture, women’s entrepreneurship, infrastructure, and related interventions. Travel across project locations 30–50% of the time.

Lead strategic communications, storytelling, and integrated campaigns across fundraising, CSR partnerships, programs, advocacy, and organizational branding. Develop and edit reports, proposals, presentations, website content, articles, newsletters, and campaign materials. Provide creative direction, maintain brand consistency, manage multiple projects, coordinate agencies and internal stakeholders, and mentor communications team members.

Manage day-to-day implementation of an integrated community development project covering health, nutrition, education, WASH, livelihoods, governance, and community development. Coordinate field teams, government departments, community institutions, partners, and donors; oversee workplans, budgets, monitoring, reporting, procurement, compliance, and quality assurance; supervise staff; conduct field visits; and support evaluations and documentation.
