Leads end-to-end implementation of multi-location upskilling projects for blue-collar workers. Responsibilities include managing project teams, coordinating donors and field stakeholders, monitoring training and beneficiary outcomes, reviewing MIS and documentation, tracking budgets, conducting field visits, preparing reports and dashboards, and addressing implementation gaps. The role requires extensive travel and at least 10 years of experience in skilling, livelihoods, project management, CSR, or community development.

Develops and edits communications for digital and print channels, including reports, newsletters, presentations, case studies, blogs, and campaign materials. Translates program updates and impact data into compelling stories, supports fundraising and brand campaigns, maintains editorial consistency, and coordinates with internal teams, designers, agencies, photographers, videographers, and vendors. The role manages multiple communication assignments while ensuring timely, high-quality execution aligned with organizational branding.

Manages project accounting, payments, budgets, donor utilization statements, reconciliations, MIS reporting, audit queries, balance sheet support, and statutory compliance including TDS, FCRA, GST, PF, and professional tax. Works independently with grassroots partners and may conduct field visits for project implementation. Requires accounting expertise, nonprofit-sector familiarity, and proficiency with Tally ERP 9, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
