Oversee end-to-end participant placement for a pan-India urban livelihoods program. Responsibilities include building employer partnerships, organizing placement events, matching candidates with jobs, preparing participants for interviews, providing career counseling, tracking placement and retention data, reporting outcomes, and delivering post-placement and alumni support.

Conduct outbound fundraising calls, engage prospective and existing donors, promote the organization’s mission and campaigns, secure donations and pledges, maintain donor records in CRM and telecalling systems, follow quality and operational guidelines, and achieve fundraising targets while preserving the organization’s brand ethos.

Implement and coordinate a CSR-funded scholarship program for engineering students. Responsibilities include identifying colleges and eligible scholars, mentoring and monitoring progress, coordinating training and events, developing internship and placement partnerships, maintaining scholarship MIS databases, and preparing activity and financial reports. The role also requires regular communication with scholars, faculty, staff, and donors, along with problem-solving and relationship management.
