Teams at Smile Foundation

Manage corporate and foundation fundraising across Southern India, generating INR 10 crore or more annually. Build donor pipelines, cultivate strategic partnerships, secure grants and CSR funding, lead donor meetings and negotiations, and oversee proposals, reporting, compliance, forecasts, and stewardship. Collaborate with program, finance, proposal, and donor engagement teams while analyzing market intelligence and representing the organization at fundraising events and networking forums.

Deliver STEM and foundational literacy classes in schools, support teacher training and school-based interventions, and coordinate education program implementation. Monitor project progress through field visits and data systems, analyze data, maintain records, and prepare reports, case studies, donor materials, and presentations. The role also engages schools, communities, teachers, and internal teams while promoting child protection, gender sensitivity, and safe learning environments.

Lead new corporate CSR donor acquisition by researching funding opportunities, engaging senior corporate stakeholders, developing proposals and pitches, securing long-term partnerships, and managing donor relationships. Collaborate across programs and communications teams, develop fundraising and cause-marketing strategies, maintain compliance documentation and reporting, monitor CSR and ESG trends, and optimize budgets and fundraising ROI.
