Coordinate more than 60 renewable energy installations weekly by scheduling installers, confirming availability, managing appointment changes, recruiting and onboarding electricians and plumbers, handling customer and contractor communications, and resolving scheduling issues. The role requires strong organisation, customer service, confident communication, commercial awareness, and calm problem-solving while working onsite in Byron Bay.

Travel to customer homes and installation sites to film and photograph real customer stories. Shoot, edit and publish short-form social and paid creative across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. Produce Meta ad assets, maintain a content calendar and asset library, plan shoots, interview customers, and support organic and performance marketing goals.

Handle qualified inbound enquiries from homeowners, conduct phone/virtual/in‑home energy consultations, present tailored solar and battery solutions, manage CRM and pipeline, and meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
