Leads Manufacturing and Packaging Engineering teams while driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, capacity, equipment reliability, and cost. Oversees process optimization, tooling, automation, documentation, capital projects, continuous improvement, new product introduction, packaging systems, structured problem solving, SPC, and cross-functional manufacturing initiatives. Establishes department goals, KPIs, priorities, resource plans, and capital roadmaps while developing engineering staff.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, including candidate screening, job postings, background and drug-screening setup, and candidate care. Builds relationships with hiring managers and staffing vendors, provides talent acquisition insights, and collaborates with marketing on employer-brand social content. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting recruitment across the organization.

Manage integrated quality and environmental management systems, including ISO and industry certifications. Schedule and conduct internal, external, customer, and supplier audits; maintain procedures, corrective actions, supplier evaluations, and regulatory compliance. Report audit and system status to management, support investigations and continuous improvement initiatives, review technical and safety issues, and recommend process changes. Lead certification activities, assist with team development, and collaborate with departments and leadership on quality policies, procedures, and goals.

Develop and grow assigned U.S. sales territories by nurturing leads, managing customer relationships, conducting virtual and in-person meetings, expanding targeted accounts, supporting campaigns and trade shows, and coordinating with internal teams on pricing, contracts, estimating, and quality. Travel to customers as business needs require.

Quality Engineer responsible for evaluating quality requirements, resolving customer and internal quality issues, supporting inspections, investigations, corrective actions, audits, and validation activities. The role creates PPAP documentation, including control plans, balloon drawings, PFMEA, and process flow diagrams, as well as AS9102 reports. Candidates collaborate across departments and with customers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Support Product Management by analyzing customer pricing proposals, validating product costs, identifying cost outliers, developing pricing and margin strategies, negotiating contracts, processing quotations, and collaborating with Estimating, Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and Operations to improve profitability.

Provide technical application engineering for retaining rings and wave springs: evaluate customer requests, recommend designs and manufacturing processes, support quoting, testing, design changes, and communicate requirements to drafting, manufacturing, sales, and customers. Provide phone support and attend trade shows to assist marketing and sales.

Manage monthly cost accounting close, inventory reconciliations, and product cost analysis for a manufacturing environment. Analyze material, labor, overhead, WIP and finished goods costs, support month-end reporting, collaborate with operations/purchasing/engineering, improve ERP and costing processes, assist external auditors, and develop reporting tools and KPIs to drive profitability and process improvements.

Support customers by evaluating requests, designing retaining ring and wave-spring applications, recommending products and cost/lead-time optimizations, coordinating with manufacturing and drafting, providing phone support and quotations, performing testing, and representing the company at trade shows.

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including S&OP, demand and production planning, inventory and working capital management. Serve as ERP/MRP functional lead, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance, drive continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and planning system accuracy to optimize service, cost, and inventory performance.

Serve as the primary technical sales contact for the Metro Houston territory, developing customer relationships, nurturing leads and opportunities, conducting face-to-face and virtual meetings, coordinating internally on pricing/contracts, attending tradeshows, and traveling as needed to support and grow assigned accounts.
