Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including S&OP, demand and production planning, inventory and working capital management. Serve as ERP/MRP functional lead, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance, drive continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and planning system accuracy to optimize service, cost, and inventory performance.

Serve as the primary technical sales contact for the Metro Houston territory, developing customer relationships, nurturing leads and opportunities, conducting face-to-face and virtual meetings, coordinating internally on pricing/contracts, attending tradeshows, and traveling as needed to support and grow assigned accounts.

Support quality engineering for manufacturing, liaise with China office (Mandarin required), handle customer issues and audits, perform internal QMS/process audits, create PPAPs and AS9102s, lead investigations and corrective actions, and support validation and inspection activities.
