Works with clients and cross-functional teams to identify business needs, document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and user stories. Analyzes processes and data, creates BRDs and process flows, defines acceptance criteria, supports QA and UAT, and assists with solution design and implementation. Presents insights and recommendations, supports users after implementation, and contributes to continuous improvement and digital solution delivery.

Support procurement and logistics for Siren’s Jordan operations: manage sourcing, RFQs, supplier coordination, purchase orders, inventory tracking, transportation and distribution, contract monitoring, and maintain procurement records for compliance and audits.

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will define QA strategies, develop test plans, coordinate testing activities, and improve QA processes for large-scale digital projects, especially in government environments.
