Owns the global Sales and Operations Planning process for Sinclair’s medical-device supply chain. Designs S&OP governance, SOPs, meeting cadence, and planning standards; balances demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and financial targets across regions. Leads forecasting, scenario planning, constrained-product allocation, inventory optimization, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement. Coordinates sales, marketing, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, finance, QA/RA, and regional teams while supporting new-product launches and product phase-outs.

Provide employee relations advice and support across European countries: coordinate consultations, prepare meeting materials, advise on legal/procedural obligations, maintain records, support organisational change and stakeholder communications, and handle confidential matters professionally.

Lead and maintain risk management for medical devices and aesthetic products per ISO 14971/ISO 13485 and MDR. Plan and perform risk assessments across development phases, link with human factors/usability, establish risk acceptance criteria, verify and validate risk controls, prepare risk management reports for regulatory inspections, and collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, clinical, manufacturing, and global teams.

Lead commercial strategy and growth for Energy-Based Devices across Central Europe. Manage distributor and direct-sales models, develop distributor and KOL relationships, drive revenue, forecasting, launches, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration to scale the commercial platform and improve market performance.

Lead UK statutory accounting, audit, tax and regulatory compliance while designing scalable finance systems, ERP selection/implementation (e.g., SAP), data architecture, legal-entity simplification, and financial governance across multi-entity operations.

Lead global FP&A for injectables and energy-based devices: drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance reviews, revenue and profitability analysis, financial modelling, executive and board reporting, and transformation programmes to support strategic decisions and improve profitability.
