Lead MEA commercial strategy and P&L for medical aesthetics, driving revenue, distributor performance, market entry, and organisational transformation. Build and coach commercial teams, negotiate distributor agreements, align cross-functionally (Regulatory, Medical, Finance, Supply Chain, HR), and implement turnaround plans to accelerate growth in Saudi Arabia, UAE and wider MEA.

Perform chemical, physical and microbiological QC testing per SOPs; sample and release incoming materials in the ERP; support method development and validation; assist CAPA and root-cause investigations; coordinate weekly QC planning as Supervisor backup; train colleagues; maintain documentation and work instructions.

Operate and perform production tasks for Ellanse dermal filler (final packaging, picking, visual inspection). Ensure GMP-compliant aseptic processes, document deviations, support coworkers, and maintain quality standards.
