Field-based Key Account Manager responsible for growing the central UK medical aesthetics territory by selling premium energy-based devices to clinics, medspas, and private practices. Duties include prospecting, presenting, demonstrating, negotiating, closing, building ROI cases, managing the sales pipeline, achieving targets, developing decision-maker relationships, and attending industry events. Requires at least three years of relevant aesthetic device experience and proven B2B field sales success.

Lead global supply chain improvement projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, develop Power BI dashboards and KPI frameworks, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to management. Coordinate with regional teams, manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors on demand, capacity, inventory, logistics, and supply planning. Support ERP, CRM, digitalization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across international operations.

Supports the administration, optimisation, and maintenance of Sinclair’s Totara LMS and e-learning ecosystem. Responsibilities include managing digital learning content, developing reports and dashboards, analysing learner data, supporting webinars and virtual training, coordinating training logistics, resolving platform issues, and collaborating with global and regional stakeholders on learning projects.
