Own customer implementations of a voice AI platform from pre-sales through production. Lead and develop the SDR team through coaching, call reviews, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and quota ownership. Improve outbound messaging, prospecting, qualification, objection handling, target-account strategy, and sales handoffs. Use activity and conversion data to identify performance gaps, partner with Sales and GTM Operations, and build a high-accountability team. Own Simple AI’s enterprise revenue number, personally close strategic deals, and build a repeatable sales engine. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, business-case development, executive alignment, technical evaluations, negotiation, forecasting, and closing. The role also hires and coaches quota-carrying sellers, develops sales territories and playbooks, and partners with Product, Engineering, founders, and technical customer teams to sell voice AI solutions based on measurable business outcomes.

Partner with Account Executives to manage the technical side of enterprise sales cycles. Create customized demos, build proof-of-concepts, conduct technical evaluations, address integration, security, compliance, and architecture questions, and develop sales collateral. The role also communicates customer insights to engineering and supports RFP/RFI responses.

Build and grow channel and referral partnerships that generate qualified opportunities and revenue. Recruit, onboard, enable, and support partners; explain Simple’s voice AI product, use cases, and ideal customer profile; coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams on demos, training, pipeline, and deal progression; track partner performance and provide feedback to improve the channel program.

The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, working closely with founders to shape sales strategy and close high-impact deals in a fast-paced startup environment.

The Sales Development Representative will research and identify prospects, generate qualified meetings, and collaborate with founders to refine strategies.

Conduct account research, write outbound messages, cold call prospects, qualify interest, and book meetings for the sales team. The SDR will help test messaging, understand target verticals, build outbound playbooks, and generate pipeline in a fast-paced AI startup. Success requires resilience, strong communication, organization, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for AI.

Build and operate AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes, develop reusable infrastructure modules, create reliable CI/CD workflows, and improve autoscaling, observability, incident response, and deployment safety. The role partners with application and AI engineers to support latency-sensitive voice services, manage costs, and enable secure provisioning and debugging. Nice-to-have experience includes GitOps, real-time audio systems, databases, GPU workloads, AI inference, and SOC 2 support.
