Own and scale Simple AI’s demand-generation engine through paid search, paid social, retargeting, and potential out-of-home campaigns. Manage targeting, creative briefs, landing pages, budgets, attribution, funnel analysis, and experimentation from launch through optimization. Partner with sales, content, and design to generate qualified enterprise pipeline and improve acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend.

Build and operate AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes, develop reusable infrastructure modules, create reliable CI/CD workflows, and improve autoscaling, observability, incident response, and deployment safety. The role partners with application and AI engineers to support latency-sensitive voice services, manage costs, and enable secure provisioning and debugging. Nice-to-have experience includes GitOps, real-time audio systems, databases, GPU workloads, AI inference, and SOC 2 support.

Partner with Account Executives to manage the technical side of enterprise sales cycles. Create customized demos, build proof-of-concepts, conduct technical evaluations, address integration, security, compliance, and architecture questions, and develop sales collateral. The role also communicates customer insights to engineering and supports RFP/RFI responses.
