We’re growing revenue like crazy and looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate outbound growth and open new markets.

We are very excited about the potential for AI to change the world, and work out of our SF-based office 5 days a week.

The Team

We are a tiny, talented team of 6 today. The founders (Catheryn and Zach) met while running software teams at YC, where they shipped tons of new products for founders, including YC’s co-founder matching site. Cat previously worked at Instagram and Facebook and earned degrees in math and computer science at MIT. Zach studied computer science and statistics at UChicago and led a software team at PEAK6.

You’ll work closely with the founders and GTM leadership to build out the foundation of our outbound engine.

About the Role

We’re hiring our a Sales Development Representative to join us in-person at our SF office and play a critical role in opening new enterprise opportunities.

You’ll research potential customers, identify high-value prospects, craft outreach that stands out, and generate qualified meetings for the founding sales team. You’ll also collaborate directly with our founders to refine our ICP, messaging, and outbound strategy as we scale.

This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, organized, and excited about sales at a fast-paced AI startup. You’ll have the chance to shape the foundations of our outbound motion — and grow quickly as the company grows.

What You'll Need
  • 0–3 years of sales or SDR experience (early-career candidates encouraged to apply).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A high level of energy, resilience, and comfort with rejection.

  • Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

  • Curiosity and genuine enthusiasm about AI and how businesses use it.

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn sales fundamentals from experienced leaders.

Nice To Have
  • Prior SDR or outbound sales experience.

  • Experience doing outbound at an early-stage startup.

  • Experience selling technical products or AI software.

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Outreach.
