Own and build a strategic French territory of 40-50 enterprise accounts, generate and convert outbound pipeline, manage complex €50K-€1M+ ARR sales cycles, partner with cloud and consulting partners, and expand customers into long-term strategic accounts.

Own post-sale commercial relationships to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Sifflet. Build account plans, track customer health and usage metrics, run business reviews and executive touchpoints, forecast renewals, identify upsell opportunities, reduce technical dependencies, and create scalable CS playbooks and segmentation.

Presales-heavy Solutions Engineer partnering with Account Executives to run technical evaluations, demos, and win deals (~80% presales). Own new-customer implementations, ensure smooth handoffs, and scale Sifflet's North American presence by combining technical depth, sales influence, and autonomous ownership.

Join the infrastructure team to maintain and improve cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS, compatible with GCP/Azure), data pipelines, monitoring, developer tooling, and security. Work includes implementing product features requiring infra expertise (agents, Terraform provider), improving performance and scalability, and enabling the engineering/product teams through tools and automation. Junior-level role with wide exposure to software development, data engineering, and cloud operations.

Own the strategy, prioritization, and delivery of Sifflet's platform integrations. Define the integrations roadmap, work with engineering to build and validate connectors, manage test systems and data, gather customer use cases, set API strategy, and support GTM with Sales/Marketing/Customer Success.
