Own and build a strategic French territory of 40-50 enterprise accounts, generate and convert outbound pipeline, manage complex €50K-€1M+ ARR sales cycles, partner with cloud and consulting partners, and expand customers into long-term strategic accounts.

Lead Sifflet’s global legal and compliance function, advising the CEO, board, and leadership team. Draft and negotiate enterprise SaaS contracts, data processing agreements, NDAs, and partnerships; manage corporate governance, fundraising, equity administration, and cross-border structuring. Oversee GDPR, EU AI regulation, and security compliance, while supporting French labor law, international employment matters, hiring, and expansion into the US.
