Lead the design and management of scalable hybrid cloud platforms using Kubernetes, GCP, Docker, microservices, and DevOps automation. Responsibilities include Kubernetes cluster administration, containerization, cloud migration, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security, disaster recovery, and platform governance. The role also provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, leads architecture reviews, and supports critical production incidents.

Administer GCP infrastructure and GKE clusters across development, testing, and production environments. Manage Kubernetes deployments, networking, IAM, security, monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, incident response, cost optimization, backups, and infrastructure lifecycle activities. Support containerized applications, CI/CD deployments, compliance requirements, and production reliability in a banking environment. Prior banking or financial services experience is mandatory.

Lead SRE responsible for platform reliability, incident management, automation, observability, and production stability across cloud-native and Kubernetes environments. Mentor teams, run RCA, define SLIs/SLOs, automate operations, manage Apigee APIs, and support CI/CD and IaC initiatives to improve availability and performance.

Design and build secure, reliable full-stack features using Java, TypeScript, and React. Integrate multiple services, optimize performance and scalability, write maintainable code with tests, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Monitor production infrastructure and observability stacks (Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana), triage alerts, escalate incidents, manage API traffic (Apigee), support Nginx and Kubernetes, use GCP monitoring, execute runbooks, and operate in a 24/7 rotating shift model to ensure availability and performance of banking services.

Design, develop, configure, and deploy solutions on the Informatica IDMC MDM platform. Translate business and logical designs into technical components and configurations while ensuring alignment with architecture standards, performance targets, data governance policies, and integration requirements.

Lead FinOps and operational governance for the CRM platform: manage budgets, cost optimization, capacity and license management, design operational processes, produce executive dashboards and reports, and guide/mentor operations analysts while liaising with finance, IT, and platform stakeholders.

Design and deliver engaging e-learning, virtual instructor-led, classroom, and blended programs. Create storyboards, multimedia, assessments and interactive modules. Lead architecture, build, and deploy enterprise-grade Agentic and Generative AI multi-agent solutions. Develop RAG pipelines, vector search, and AI microservices in Python (FastAPI/Flask). Deploy on cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD, implement AI security/governance, mentor engineers, and drive AI strategy and platform roadmaps.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise API and microservices solutions using Apigee and GCP. Define API strategy, governance, security, containerized deployments (Kubernetes/GKE/Apigee Hybrid), CI/CD, observability, and mentor engineering teams to deliver large-scale cloud-native API platforms.

Perform ETL development and maintenance in Informatica, support MDM processes, analyze datasets for trends and insights, monitor and improve data quality, collaborate with stakeholders and IT, and produce reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.
