Leads the architecture, development, governance, and implementation of enterprise test automation frameworks using tools including Tosca, UFT, Playwright, Selenium, and Robot Framework. Integrates automated testing with CI/CD pipelines, creates reusable assets, reviews code, analyzes test results, manages test assets and dashboards, and mentors QA and automation teams. Establishes standards, evaluates automation feasibility, supports Agile and DevOps practices, and drives continuous improvement and AI-enhanced testing adoption.
