Leads testing across large-scale projects, managing internal and external test teams, test strategy, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, automation priorities, performance testing, release and defect management, and quality standards. Coordinates end-to-end testing across unit, integration, system, SIT, UAT, and non-functional phases. Requires extensive software testing leadership and experience with core banking, loan management, legacy modernization, and complex integrations.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications across frontend and backend systems. Collaborate with design and product teams to prototype and deliver secure, reliable customer experiences. Integrate multiple services, write maintainable code with tests and observability, optimize performance, troubleshoot production issues, and identify enhancements. Communicate progress to stakeholders while owning solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.

Own digital banking projects from ideation through launch, managing scope, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, timelines, and cross-functional teams. Identify project delivery process gaps, implement continuous improvements, and ensure changes carry forward to future projects. Communicate status and risks to stakeholders, solve complex problems logically, and deliver projects within budget and schedule in a fast-changing financial services environment.
