Duties and Responsibilities
Gathers and analyzes requirements of Project
Analyzes Project Source System's Object Model, Metadata requirements, File Transfer requirements, and other relevant requirements that shall align with the system Mapping and Object Models.
Responsible in developing the functional requirement document based on BU submitted project requirements.
Secures approvals from key stakeholders.
Responsible for conducting analysis of the Project's Functional Requirements and Non-Functional Requirements align with system’s current available functionalities.
Assessment of Document Migration feasibility.
Creates the project-specific Configuration template to translate the design for system development
Provides and aligns the applicable test strategies and use cases with the testing team for test execution.
Assist executing performance testing activities specific to the system
Aligns specific technical details with the PM and key stakeholders
Creates Installation Guide (IG) to be included in the deployment presentation
Creates Troubleshooting Guide to be provided to the Project.
Raises requests for creation of specific access groups.
Consolidates and coordinates for necessary production readiness requirements prior to production deployment
Participate in IT projects from planning through hypercare
Coordinate with developers, vendors, and business users.
Support system implementation and migration activities.
Reports regular status to the project for progress
Conducts KT sessions to Application Support and Maintenance Teams.
